The Arthurian Airsoft Bastion is a stunning weapon with great performance, build quality and features. It will make an awesome weapon for those of you wanting to do a modern-day special forces loadout.
At the rear of the bastion is the adjustable stock, which has QD sling mounts on either side. Further forward you will find the castle knut, that will allow you to remove the stock and access the quick change spring system. At the rear of the body is a sling mounting plate for attaching single point slings to. It has a textured and sleek pistol grip and a working charging handle that will lock back the false golden bolt and allow you access to the hop unit. To release the false bolt you simply press the bolt release on the left-hand side and the bolt will return with a nice snap. It also has a silver non-functioning forward assist. It also has flip-up adjustable iron sights.
The Bastion has a Bastion handguard, which features both M-LOK and 20mm rails. At the rear of the handguard are two QD sling attachment points. Further forward of these are tapered sections on the sides and underside of the handguard to allow for a more comfortable hold of the rifle. Within these tapered sections can be found the M-LOK slots. Further forward are the 20mm rail segments and another two QD sling mounting points. The rail segments and M-LOK slots give you excellent positions to attach torches, grips and other accessories. There is a full-length rail that runs along the top and provides you with plenty of space for attaching sights and PEQ boxes. On the underside at the front is a moveable pin, which allows you to attach and remove the Break Out flash hider with ease. The Break Out flash hider attaches directly to the rail and gives it a cool modern look. However with the Break Out removed you can unscrew the 14mm CCW threaded flash hider on the barrel and attach items like suppressors and tracers and give the bastion that super cool special forces look.
You get good range and accuracy from the Bastion as well as good trigger response and rate of fire. Running off a 7.4v Lipo it will give you great performance out on the field. Combined with the handguard and Break Out flash hider, it makes a great all-around weapon for all types of play. All the Arthurians have been upgraded internally with a reinforced tappet plate, 15 metal tooth piston and 8mm bearing to give you better performance and the Bastion comes with an SHS hop unit.
